Pronouncer is designed to perform pronunciation playback and recording interactions in the browser wherever practical.

Microphone recordings

If you choose to record your voice in the Compare panel, the recording is used for local playback in your browser. Do not record sensitive information.

Third-party services

The app may request public dictionary data or audio from third-party services and may use browser-provided speech synthesis. Those services can receive normal network information such as your IP address when contacted.

Advertising

Pronouncer uses Google advertising services. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies subject to their own policies and your consent choices.

Questions

If the product later adds accounts, server-side voice analysis, analytics or other data processing, this policy should be updated before that feature is released.
