Pronouncer is a free browser-based pronunciation practice tool for language learners, teachers, travellers and anyone checking a difficult word.

How the audio works

The app can use speech voices available through your browser or device and, for supported English dictionary results, may use an available dictionary audio recording. Voice and audio availability vary by language, word, browser and device.

Privacy-conscious practice

Microphone recordings used in the Compare panel are created for local playback in the browser. Pronouncer does not claim an automated pronunciation-accuracy score.
