Pronouncer is a free, open-source pronunciation engine built for language learners, linguists, teachers, and professionals worldwide. Our mission is simple: make perfect pronunciation accessible to everyone, regardless of their budget or location.
Our Technology
Pronouncer uses the Web Speech API, real human-recorded audio from the Free Dictionary API, and for select languages like Twi, we run a 100% client-side neural Text-to-Speech engine powered by Piper TTS and ONNX Runtime WebAssembly — meaning no server costs, no data collection, and no API keys required.
